NotBlog 01

NotBland reboot: achievement unlocked.
Welcome to my all-new portfolio site! A couple of changes to point out:

  • EVERYTHING IS NEW. I recently spent a significant amount of time reviewing every photo I had on my old website (over 1,300) and established what was worth saving and what was not... This new site brings a whole new level of professionalism to my portfolio, so anything I took with me had to meet my ever-evolving personal quality control. Couple that with my OCD tendencies and you're in for a treat; every photo on this site has been refined, retouched, and rescaled. No more 750x500px images- all photos are at least 1000px wide, or 850px tall. I've taken work dating back to 2007 and onward- and started from scratch, editing the images as I would a commercial set for Dodge or Fiat. So fans of my work, start browsing all over again. You might find some new favorites from forgotten old favorites...
  • You can browse my work in two ways now, either visually by clicking on the brands in the drop-down menu and seeing a teaser banner for each series, similar to my old website- or you can browse very quickly by using the same drop-down and clicking through via the sub-menu drop-downs. So now you can customize your online experience, depending on how long you wish to spend on the site.
  • I now have a blog! This will be a less formal aspect of my site, primarily here for my fans. So expect to see some behind the scenes or candid photos from on location, links to contests for free prints, and other items meant for my fans. Also, you might notice that I've completely removed the wallpaper section. Through my blog, I will offer occasional HD wallpaper packs available in zip files, complete with various sizes for computer (1600px) and iPad (1024px) use.
  • I'll soon be opening a print store directly through my site where you can buy all of my work in much larger dimensions than I've previously offered; I'm thinking at least 40x30" (100x75cm) will be a good place to start!

That about wraps up all the things I wanted to point out regarding the relaunch. I hope you enjoy the new look and the new work; this is the culmination of eight months of planning and production.

See you all soon!
